Cold sores are an infection caused by
herpes simplex virus. This virus is very resistant and contagious,
spreading easily to other areas of the body, mainly to the ears,
eyes and genitals.
EPIGEN
labial contains glycyrrhizinic acid, whose
effectiveness against herpes-virus, has been proven world wide.
Glycyrrhizinic acid has anti-ulcerous, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory
induction, stopping viral growth (barrier effect). For that reason,
its correct application quickly not only gives relief and speeds
up healing, improving the conditions of your lips, but it may also
avoid the recurrence of cold sores.
